Global Romance, a business organization located at
9559 Center Avenue, Suite C, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA, hereinafter called Seller
and, of (Address), hereinafter called “Buyer”
1. Date Buyer Signs: The date Buyer signs this Agreement is______________ ,
2004
2. Services: Seller agrees to provide Buyer the following services:
Seller will use its best efforts to provide an Internet site with photographs and other
pertinent information about women located in Russia and/or the Ukraine. Seller will
provide Buyer Introductions to various women via the Internet, and E-mail access, to women
who reside in Russia and/or the Ukraine and will assist Buyer to set up a physical meeting
with a woman or women, should Buyer so desire. Seller will provide E-mail access to said
women, and will share information about discount telephone services to the county where
the women reside. Seller will provide, at Sellers sole expense, airline tickets through an
Airline of Sellers choosing from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Miami, Seattle, Chicago and
New York to Moscow and/or Saint Petersburg as well as First Class accommodations in
selected first class Apartment with Maids for up to one (1) week and use of a driver for sight seeing
and other activities.
3. Term: This agreement is effective for three years from date of execution described in
number 1 herein above, or when Buyer makes a request for assistance of Seller to set up a
meeting with a woman or women who are met as a result of the actions of Seller, or when
Buyer actually meets a woman described in number 2 herein above, or as otherwise described
in this agreement, whichever comes first.
4. Additional Provisions:
(a) Buyer understands that Sellers business is an Executive Family Development Service.
Buyer has been advised that Buyers minimum gross income requirement to participate in this
program is $50,000 per year. By executing this agreement he represents that he meets or
exceeds this minimum requirement.
(b) Buyer agrees to provide Seller with proof, satisfactory to Seller, that he has
undergone testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases prior to any meeting
with any woman whose name was provided to Buyer by Seller. Buyer further allows and
authorizes Seller to advise said woman or women of the test results.
(c) Buyer agrees that much of this agreement will be performed over the Internet.
5. Disclaimer: Sellers service is only for use exclusively by adults over the age of 18.
Pornography, nudity, or other similar activities are prohibited and are unacceptable in
any form. Seller provides service on an “as-is” and “as-available”
basis, with no warranty of any kind being given, express or implied. This Disclaimer is
part of the contract. You may not use our services without accepting the Disclaimer.
Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the
use of this service. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller, its officers, employees,
agents, and third parties harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses,
costs, damage or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the
participation or use of this service. We do not have a money back policy.
Neither Seller nor any of its providers of information shall have any liability for the
accuracy of the information contained in the service, or the contents of any
advertisements, or for assertions or omission therein. Neither Seller or any of its
providers of information shall have any liability for any third-party claims or losses of
any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential
damages.
Seller is not responsible to any person for any damages arising in any manner out of the
use of this service including personal injury and/or property damages. Buyer acknowledges
that he assumes all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the
uses to which this service is put, including but not limited to assistance with airline,
driving, or other transportation and travel; hotels, motels, or other lodging; currency
exchange, telephone and E-mail service, and any and every other activity provided by
Seller to assist Buyer.
6. Buyer Conduct: Buyer agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and
international laws and regulations. Buyer agrees to not use the service for illegal
purposes, or any purpose harmful to Seller. Buyer acknowledges his contract will be
terminated with no refund if he violates or acts inconsistently with the letter or spirit
of these conditions.
7. Sellers Proprietary Rights: Buyer acknowledges and agrees that content, including but
not limited to text, photographs, system designs, web page layout, user interface or other
materials or information presented to Buyer through this service is protected by
copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietor rights and laws. Buyer
acknowledges and agrees that Buyer is permitted to use this material and information only
as expressly authorized by Seller, and many not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or
create derivative works of such content or information without express written
authorization.
8. Notice: Any notice to Buyer or Seller regarding this Service shall be made via
certified United States Post Office mail to the addresses contained in this agreement or
later provided to Seller by Buyer or Buyer to Seller.
9. General: This Agreement between Seller and Buyer shall be governed by the laws of the
state of Nevada without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Buyer and Seller agree
to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the
state of Nevada.
The failure of Seller to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this
Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties
nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties'
intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain
in full force and effect.
Buyer agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of
actions arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Agreement must be filed
within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred
The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or
contractual effect.
10. Binding Arbitration: If any dispute arises out of, or related to, a claimed breach of
any agreement with Seller, the services provided by Seller, or persons and/or
organizations associated with Seller, or Buyers failure to pay fees for services and other
expenses specified, or any other disagreement of any nature, type or description
regardless of the facts or the legal theories which may be involved, such dispute shall be
resolved by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association by a single
arbitrator in

implied, as to results to be obtained from use of such information provided by Seller, and
further, make no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose or use.
accordance with Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association in effect at the
time the proceeding is initiated. By executing this Agreement, Buyer waives any right to
jury trial as to any items described herein. The hearings shall be held in the Los
Angeles, California, USA, offices of the American Arbitration Association and each side
shall bear his/their own costs and attorney fees to the extent allowed by law.
11. Costs/Expenses: It shall be the obligation of Buyer to pay for or advance monies for
payment of costs and necessary disbursements, although such amounts may, in the absolute
discretion of Seller, be advanced by Seller on behalf of Buyer; in such later event, Buyer
agrees to reimburse Seller for such expenditures as billed therefore. These costs/expenses
shall include, but are not limited to the following: Lodgings, transportation, telephone,
emergency funds, travel expenses, medical expenses.
12. Extensions: The fee described herein pertains only to the
first woman physically contacted or first trip, whichever occurs
first. Should Buyer request additional assistance of Seller with
any women members, Buyer agrees to pay the sum of five thousand
five hundred and ninety-five ($5,595.00) Dollars (US) for each
woman so visited. This provision does not apply to any woman
Buyer contacts. Should Buyer elect an extension, he will be
responsible for all expenses and costs, including but not limited to air fare,
ground transportation, hotel expenses and other costs.
13. Refund: In the event this Agreement is not enforceable, or if Seller is obligated or
voluntarily agrees to provide Buyer with a refund, Buyer agrees to pay Seller the
reasonable value of its services and reimburse Seller for all costs and expenses advanced
including but not limited to, airfare and hotel accommodations. In computing the value of
Sellers services, Buyer agrees that any refund will be based on the entire fee and that
the following formula is reasonable and he will be bound by same:
(a) Nine (9%) percent for each of the first six months, except for the first month,
(b) Three (3%) percent for each of the second six months, except for the seventh month,
which will be on a (1%) percent of the total fee;
(c) One (1%) percentage of the total fee for the remaining 24 months which follow the
first year of this Agreement.
14. Guarantees: Buyer acknowledges that Seller has made no guarantee regarding the outcome
of his relationship with women of JCi International, Inc./A
Global Romance, and that all expressions relative
thereto are matters of belief and opinion only.
15. Payment Schedule:
Phase 1. Payment to seller at contract execution to start
membership is One thousand five hundred ninety-five US dollars
($1,595.00).
Phase 2. Payment to seller thirty days (30) prior to departure
date. five thousand five hundred ninety-five US dollars
($5,595.00). Add current US dollars for business or first class
air fare difference from coach.
Phase 3. Payment to seller prior to starting application for fiancée
visa. five thousand five hundred ninety-five US dollars
($5,595.00).
Buyer agrees to pay seller the sum of $12,785.00 (US) in three
(3) phases as follows.
Phase 1. Consultation, introduction, membership, screening, user name, password, with
three possible matches along with photos within seven (7) working days.
Phase 2. Reservations
for trip to Saint Petersburg, air flight from major airports in
US, Chicago, New York, Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco
and Seattle, travel visa, first class apartment with maid
accommodations, 24 hour driver, tour guide, ballet-opera, entrance
fee's and fiancée travel if needed.
Phase 3. Fiancée visa application completed, blood testing, English and American culture
classes for fiancée, reservation assistance for flight to US for 90 day meeting, return
if necessary, physiological evaluation, Mandatory physical from Consulate doctor and
flight for US consulate interview.
